Obtained the highest certification in Caterpillar's SER (Excellent Supplier Evaluation) for three consecutive years (undercarriage parts for construction machinery category)

Topy Industries Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries")'s undercarriage parts for construction machinery division received the highest rating of Excellent certification in Caterpillar Inc.'s 2024 SER* (Excellent Supplier Evaluation) on January 31, 2024.

 

SER is a system in which Caterpillar certifies suppliers every year according to its own standards, and comprehensively evaluates a variety of strict requirements. This time, Caterpillar was highly evaluated for its high quality, with zero quality defects judged during the evaluation period, and its high delivery deadline compliance rate, and received the Excellent certification, which is awarded to suppliers in the top 5%. This will be the third consecutive year that Caterpillar has received the SER Excellent certification in the undercarriage parts for construction machinery category, starting from 2022.
