Topy Industries Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries") has been certified as a "Sports Encouragement Company 2025" by the Japan Sports Agency as a company that actively works to support and promote sports activities to improve the health of its employees. This marks the third consecutive year that Topy Industries has been certified.

Topy Industries established the "Health and Productivity Management® *1 Declaration and Initiative Policy" in 2020 and continues to work to create an environment where each employee can work cheerfully, safely, and with peace of mind and fully demonstrate their abilities. As part of this, in addition to various club activities and sports tournaments such as baseball tournaments that have been implemented for many years, we are also implementing various initiatives to promote the health of each employee through sports.

<Major Initiatives>

  • Radio calisthenics and original stretching exercises

In addition to radio exercises before the start of work, we also conduct original stretching exercises that can be done while seated in a chair, which were devised by Topy-Rec, Ltd. a Group company that operates sports facilities.

  • Club activities and company-wide tournaments

　We have been working to promote employee health through sports for over 50 years. Currently, we hold various club activities such as baseball, soccer, and tennis, as well as six company-wide tournaments including group companies, to promote employee health and communication across generations.

  • Planning and implementing walking events

In February 2023, we introduced the health app "SUNTORY+ Ⓡ * 2" and held team walking events twice a year (March and October) using this app. At the walking event held in October 2024, we distributed Noto Peninsula specialty products to participants who walked a certain distance during the event period, which also served as a social contribution to support the recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
