Topy Industries Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries") has been certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2026" by the Japan Sports Agency for its proactive efforts to support and promote sports activities to improve the health of its employees. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the company has been certified.
Topy Industries established the "Health and Productivity Management® *1 Declaration and Initiative Policy" in 2020 and continues to work to create an environment where each employee can work cheerfully, safely, and with peace of mind, and fully demonstrate their abilities. As part of this, we continuously hold various club activities and company-wide sports tournaments, including baseball tournaments, to promote employee health through sports.

　<Major Initiatives>


1. Radio calisthenics and original stretching exercises
In addition to radio calisthenics before work, we have also incorporated stretching exercises that can be done while sitting in a chair, creating an environment where even employees whose main job is desk work can participate without difficulty.


2. Club activities and company-wide tournaments
We have been promoting employee health through sports for over 50 years, and currently continue to hold various club activities for baseball, tennis, soccer, etc. We also hold company-wide tournaments that include group companies, which not only help employees establish exercise habits but also stimulate communication across departments and generations.


3. Planning and implementing walking events
In February 2023, we introduced the health app "SUNTORY+ Ⓡ*2," and have been holding walking events using the app twice a year (March and October). The event held in October 2025 also aimed to support the recovery efforts following the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and participants who achieved a certain number of steps during the event were given special products from the Noto Peninsula. This is an initiative that balances employee health promotion with social contribution.
