TOPY Industries, Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter "Topy Industries") will be exhibiting at the Nikkei/Tokyo Stock Exchange IR Fair 2026, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for two days on August 28th (Fri) and 29th (Sat), 2026.
This fair is one of Japan's largest events for individual investors, featuring company presentations by exhibiting companies, lectures by prominent figures and experts, and investment-related seminars.
Topi Industries actively engages in investor relations (IR) activities that emphasize dialogue with individual investors, and our participation in this fair is part of that effort. At our booth, we will hold mini-seminars introducing our business and initiatives, and our staff will directly answer questions from individual investors, fostering two-way communication.

We will introduce the characteristics of our business, the strengths of our business model, the progress of Medium-Term Management Plan, our shareholder return policy, and shareholder benefits in a mini-seminar of approximately 10 minutes. Mini-seminars are scheduled to be held twice every hour (at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour).
