Topy provides rim inspections from its Salt Lake office.
This service provides you with:
- safe and secure.
- Extended operating hours.
- Each rim's next inspection time, repair history, total cost, etc.
This service includes the following steps
- All rims to be inspected are delivered to our Salt Lake office and given a control number for tracking or further processing.
- The rim is shot blasted to remove paint and dirt.
- For the constituent parts of the rim body, gauges, templates, etc. are used to check the state of wear.
- Welds are subjected to MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) to detect cracks.
- If necessary, we will repair the rim so that it can be used again.
- The rim inspection results will be delivered as an inspection report with detailed content.
- All inspection information will be recorded.
