  3. Emphasis on education and training to raise awareness of quality among all people in our company.
  4. Since quality defects are caused by multiple factors, we always promptly investigate the root cause of the problem and make essential improvements.

Quality Management Structure

Implementation of quality education

Our group has established a QMS based on ISO9001. We ensure that all employees involved in product quality work are fully aware of our company-wide quality policy and continually provide necessary quality education to improve their capabilities. In addition to OJT, we also provide quality courses where employees can learn specialized knowledge about quality, including QC stories, as appropriate. We also regularly evaluate the effectiveness of education and training, and update the content of education aimed at improving quality. By continuing these activities and having each employee proactively address quality, we aim to achieve zero complaints and strive to become a company that is trusted by our customers.
