Topy Industries Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Ishii Hiromi, hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries") received renewal of its "DX Certified Business" certification under the DX Certification System established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on June 1, 2024. The certification was renewed in recognition of the fact that business strategy for promoting DX meet the standards of a "DX Certified Business," as well as the appropriate disclosure of information on DX promotion, such as DX human resource development plans, to stakeholders.

　

The DX Certification System, which came into effect in May 2020, is a system in which the government certifies companies that comply with the basic requirements of the "Digital Governance Code" based on the "Act on Promotion of Information Processing." Topy Industries was the first to be certified as a "DX Certified Business" in June 2022. Since then, the Digital Governance Code has been revised to the "Digital Governance Code 2.0," which adds new elements such as developing and securing digital talent and involvement with SX*/GX, and calls for the promotion of DX from a management perspective. Topy Industries has now been approved for renewal of its certification based on the new code.
