Topy Industries Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries") will be exhibiting at the 5th "Asset Management EXPO [Kansai]" IR/Stock Investment Fair, which will be held at Intex Osaka from Friday, September 6th to Sunday, September 8th. This exhibition, the largest asset management event in Western Japan, will feature exhibits from companies dealing in various investment products and services, as well as seminars by well-known lecturers.

Topy Industries is proactively engaged in IR activities that value dialogue with individual investors, and will be exhibiting at this event as part of that effort. In addition, at the booth, we will hold a mini seminar to introduce our company's efforts and directly answer questions from individual investors, engaging in two-way dialogue.

We plan to hold mini seminars twice an hour (at the hour and 30 minutes past the hour) to introduce the features of our business, the strengths of our business model, our growth strategy, our shareholder return policy, shareholder benefits, etc. Outside of the seminars, we will also show videos introducing the main products of the Topy Industries Group.
