Topy Industries Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiromi Ishii; hereinafter referred to as "Topy Industries")'s undercarriage parts for construction machinery division has received the highest level of Excellent certification, awarded to suppliers in the top 5% of the U.S. Caterpillar's SER *1 (Supplier Excellence Recognition), for the fourth consecutive year. In addition, the company has received the highest level of certification in the SQEP *2, the predecessor of SER, for two consecutive years since 2020, and with this latest evaluation, it has now received the highest level of certification for six consecutive years.
The SER is a system in which Caterpillar certifies suppliers every year according to its own standards, and comprehensively evaluates strict requirements such as quality, stable supply, and continuous improvement activities. This time, undercarriage parts for construction machinery division was recognized for achieving high standards in quality and on-time delivery.
The Topy Industries Group will continue to take manufacturing seriously, strive to improve customer satisfaction, and increase its presence.
