Global human resource development

Our company has been implementing the "Long-Term Overseas Trainee System" since fiscal 2017 with the aim of increasing the number of young employees who can thrive in a cross-cultural environment overseas. Target candidates will be dispatched to overseas group companies as trainees for one year, and in accordance with a training plan, they will gain experience in overseas work through practical OJT under the guidance of local managers, as well as improve their language communication skills and cross-cultural responsiveness. Aim to learn.
In addition, we accept internships in collaboration with overseas universities with the aim of securing excellent overseas human resources for our overseas group companies and our company.
In addition, in order to create an environment in Japan where globalization can be felt up close and to increase employees' desire to learn languages, we have started distributing an internal English email magazine from fiscal 2021. Starting in fiscal 2023, we will be actively providing learning opportunities by introducing "Business English Online Training," which aims to improve language skills while communicating online with multinational participants.

We believe that it is important to develop human resources who can respond to diversity in terms of language, nationality, culture, values, gender, etc., regardless of whether it is domestic or overseas, rather than simply saying that "global = overseas." Going forward, we will continue to develop global human resources who can respond to diversity not only by improving their language skills, but also by focusing on the three core values of "vision," "skills," and "mind."
