Steelmaking Factory of Toyohashi Plant Works in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture has updated and upgraded equipment, and started full-scale operations in March 2015. As part of the modernization, we have introduced a 200-ton high-efficiency electric furnace, one of the largest in Japan, and achieved a low Steelmaking Factory consumption per unit. It is one of the world's leading power saving.
