By applying a tensile load or a compressive load to a product or sample, the load capacity of the product can be measured.

A diamond indenter is pressed into the sample surface and the size of the indentation is converted into hardness.

Residual stress can be measured without destroying the object.

It irradiates an object with X-rays and measures the diffraction pattern of the X-rays. It is used for identification of crystalline substances and analysis of crystal structure.

・Sample size: 20mm x 20mm x thickness 3mm or less (when using a sample holder)

This device enbles to investigate the concentration, distribution state, shape, etc. of the constituent elements and compounds of the sample over wide range of the micro to the macro area by irradiating the sample with an electron beam and measuring the wavelength and intensity of the characteristic X-rays generated from it and the amount of secondary electrons and reflected electrons, etc.
・Survey object: metal materials in general
