Taking advantage of our integrated production from materials to products, our group manufactures and sells steel wheels ranging from 8 inches to 63 inches.
Our group's advanced technology has created a full-design wheel that integrates rim flange and disc, and a new-type of large window wheel with extremely large decorative holes, in collaboration with resin decorative parts, which offers a very high level of design compared to conventional steel wheels.

- Low carbon emission steel wheels
At the Japan Mobility Show 2023, where we exhibited in October 2023, we exhibited an environmentally friendly steel wheel called "Low Carbon Emission Steel Wheel" that uses steel materials produced in an electric furnace (electric furnace material). Electric furnace material, which is made from steel scrap, emits less CO2 during the manufacturing process than steel materials produced in a blast furnace using iron ore or coal, so using it as the raw material for wheels can contribute to decarbonization.
We have achieved weight reduction, high strength and quality by using deformed section steel that we originally developed using advanced analysis technology and accumulated know-how.
In addition, we have developed high-value-added wheels that anticipate market needs and wheels that optimize the balance between product specifications and costs by introducing our own proprietary technologies, new technologies, and new production methods. Our performance and reliability are highly evaluated both in Japan and overseas.

- Brilliant Wheel®
At the Japan Truck Show 2024, where our group exhibited in April 2024, we exhibited the Brilliant Wheel®, a newly developed wheel with improved design. The Brilliant Wheel® is the first steel wheel for commercial vehicles in Japan to adopt a three-layer coating structure. The three-layer coating structure improves corrosion resistance by two times* compared to conventional products, contributing to improved vehicle safety and appearance. Using the latest casting analysis technology, we mass-produce the high-strength, lightweight products required for wheels, and supply them to many automobile manufacturers.

Our group has an integrated system from design to manufacturing. For passenger cars, products with larger diameters and plating-like coatings, as well as Hybrid wheels that collaborate with resin parts, are highly evaluated due to the increasing fashionableness of automobiles.

- TOPY Sustainable Wheel
At the Japan Mobility Show 2023, we exhibited the "TOPY Sustainable Wheel," an Aluminum wheel that aims to reduce the environmental impact throughout the entire product life cycle, from raw materials to manufacturing, use, and disposal, in order to realize a sustainable society.
In addition to reducing weight using Topy Industries' unique manufacturing method, surface treatment that reduces air resistance improves the vehicle's fuel efficiency and contributes to reducing CO2 emissions.

SGOR® is ultra-large wheels for mining equipment used in large-scale ore mining sites overseas.
The world's largest wheel has a rim diameter of 63 inches (about 1.6m), a width of 44 inches (1.1m) and weighs 2.8 tons.
Compared to wheels for passenger vehicles, it is approximately five times larger in diameter and 280 times heavier in weight.
