Taking advantage of our integrated production from materials to products, our group manufactures and sells steel wheels ranging from 8 inches to 63 inches.

Our group's advanced technology has created a full-design wheel that integrates rim flange and disc, and a new-type of large window wheel with extremely large decorative holes, in collaboration with resin decorative parts, which offers a very high level of design compared to conventional steel wheels. 

At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, held in October 2025, we showcased our "Ultra-Square Wheel" as a reference exhibit. By making the disc square, we achieved a futuristic appearance and reduced weight. Furthermore, by combining it with an "aerodynamic ring," we achieved both reduced vehicle air resistance and improved brake cooling.

We have achieved weight reduction, high strength and quality by using deformed section steel that we originally developed using advanced analysis technology and accumulated know-how.
In addition, we have developed high-value-added wheels that anticipate market needs and wheels that optimize the balance between product specifications and costs by introducing our own proprietary technologies, new technologies, and new production methods. Our performance and reliability are highly evaluated both in Japan and overseas.

At the Japan Truck Show 2024, which our group exhibited in April 2024, we showcased the "Brilliant Wheel®," a newly developed wheel with improved design. The "Brilliant Wheel®" is the first steel wheel for commercial vehicles in Japan to employ a three-layer coating structure. This three-layer coating structure doubles the corrosion resistance of conventional products ^*, contributing to improved vehicle safety and appearance. Using the latest casting analysis technology, we mass-produce the high-strength, lightweight products required for wheels, and supply them to many automobile manufacturers.

Our group has an integrated system from design to manufacturing. In the field of Aluminum wheel for passenger cars, our products, such as those with larger diameters to meet the growing demand for fashionable automobiles, those with chrome-like finishes, and hybrid wheels that combine aluminum with resin components, have been highly praised.

At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, held in October 2025, we showcased a cast "22-inch large-diameter ultra-lightweight Aluminum wheel" that combines lightweight design with high aesthetic appeal.

In recent years, vehicle weight has been increasing due to features such as electrification and autonomous driving, creating a strong demand for weight reduction alongside improved exterior design. This newly developed product is the culmination of our company's proud design, manufacturing, and aesthetic capabilities. Despite its large 22-inch diameter, it achieves lightweight construction and boasts a highly aesthetic design thanks to its three-dimensional shape with varying heights.

​^SGOR® wheels are used in mining machinery (dump trucks) operating at resource extraction sites around the world (USA, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, etc.). The largest SGOR® products have a rim diameter of 63 inches (approximately 1.6 m) and a width of 44 inches (approximately 1.1 m). Weighing 2.8 tons, they are among the world's largest steel wheels. Compared to steel wheels for passenger cars, they are about 5 times larger in diameter and 280 times heavier. For reference, the largest dump trucks have a load capacity of approximately 370 tons, and the total weight including the vehicle exceeds approximately 630 tons. This extremely heavy load is supported by six wheels. 630 tons is equivalent to the weight of a minivan (approximately 2 tons) by 315 times.
