the goal! “Zero accidents”.
A hands-on seminar that nurtures each person's awareness of safety. Opened at Toyohashi Plant!
Protecting employees from disasters and accidents is an important responsibility of companies. Employee safety supports the stable supply of products and leads to customer trust. We also create peace of mind for our employees and their families, and contribute to the creation of a healthy and safe society.
Based on this idea, the Group has set “zero accidents” as one of its company-wide goals. To achieve this goal, Toyohashi Plant established "Danger Experience Dojo", Feel and Learn Danger seminer, where employees can experience simulated danger, and started practical training on July 1, 2013. This is an attempt to reaffirm the fear of unsafe actions and unsafe situations by simulating disasters that are likely to lead to serious injuries using equipment that is actually used in the workplace. At “Feel and Learn Danger” seminar, we will continue to implement programs that lead to on-site safety management and evolve employee health and safety management.
"Danger experience Dojo" to feel and learn Danger
We will create a "danger experience menu" by extracting the subject of experience from past "types of accidents". Accidents caused by being caught in something have become a top-priority experiential item due to the high frequency of occurrence. As much as possible, non-urgent goods from various parts of the facility are used for the simulated experience of danger, and we make our own products that suit the work at the site.
