We prioritize safety above all else, engage in ongoing health promotion and essential safety activities with the participation of all people working in the Group, and promote the creation of a sustainable, safe and comfortable working environment.
The Group believes that ensuring the occupational health and safety of its employees is its primary responsibility as a company. Based on this basic concept, we place the highest priority on safety and implement various initiatives aimed at zero occupational accidents. In addition, in order to raise the awareness of each and every employee, we are disseminating and raising awareness of the results of the occupational accident statistics survey through the company intranet and in-house newsletters.
Priority implementation items for health and safety management in 2023 have been determined by analyzing Basic Philosophy of Safety and Health established in September 2022 and the disaster situation in 2022, and have been designed to be content that can be put into practice in actual action.
