Through these efforts, the Group is implementing a variety of initiatives aimed at creating a sustainable, safe, and comfortable working environment. Furthermore, to raise awareness among each employee, the results of the occupational accident statistics survey are disseminated and promoted via the company intranet and in-house newsletter. 2025 marks the first year of the 18th Three-Year Plan, and the Group is promoting safety activities under the following priority areas:

At our company, President and CEO and the chairman of the Central Health and Safety Committee inspect each factory in the new year, and the Central Health and Safety Committee meets twice a year to share information and exchange opinions on intrinsic safety * with labor and management to pursue and promote the issue.We also work to improve safety activities through exchanges within the Group through the Group Health and Safety Liaison Meeting.In addition, the labor union inspects each factory once a year.
Furthermore, we hold a Central Health and Safety Subcommittee meeting every month, attended by safety personnel from each factory. This subcommittee assesses the current status of the working environment and hazards at each factory and group company, and exchanges information and shares issues.
Through these activities, we strive to communicate safety-related matters and improve health and safety throughout the company.
