The Topy Industries Group established the "Topy Industries Group Supply Chain Management Policy" in 2022 to fulfill its social responsibility regarding various issues in the supply chain and contribute to a sustainable society. This policy stipulates matters related to human rights and labor, and declares that the Group will work to respect for human rights in the supply chain. We aim to obtain understanding of our activies from our group's stakeholders as wel, and aim to promote efforts respect for human rights in our supply chain and develop together.
In addition, we have taken measures to respect for human rights at the contract level, such as stipulating compliance with labor-related laws and regulations in the basic transaction contracts with our domestic business partners.
In addition, regarding human rights issues, we are taking measures to correct and remedy human rights issues in the supply chain, such as receiving consultations and reports from our business partners at the Group's whistleblower hotline.
